This was the last boxset I dipped back into the sales to grab and I do not regret it at all. This is incredibly well done and sounds fantastic. A lot of these boxsets had warps and nothing special on the sound, but this, Tattoo You, the Bowie, and the ELP live sets are standouts for quality.
With pipes practically as good as sister Aretha’s, Erma could have had a fine singing career too. She found touring to be very wearing so she went to college instead, earning a business degree.

This most recent reissue, released a few months back, is offically the most disappointing piece of new vinyl I've ever added to our shelves. My wife picked it up for me when we were in Vancouver for the Isbell show because she knows how much I love the album but this copy looked like it was kicked across the pressing plant floor at some point. The B-side particularly suffers with unfortunate snap crackle and popping through most of it.
