James Brandon Lewis Trio - Eye of I

Right off the bat, the vinyl mastering is lacking serious punch...if there even is any. I have this on ~25% higher volume than usual, and it's underwhelming.
Ever since seeing the specs (or lack thereof), I had doubts about getting this on LP since it is a fairly shape-shifting sounding record clocking in at ~48min. No mastering engineer of note, unknown press plant, and unfamiliarity with mastering studio.
This was my AotY last year and...I am not thrilled about this physical product. At least it was under $14 with coupons.

No really major issues with my copy - slight warp on A/B - appears more on side B, but plays fine - side C is fine.

So far no audio issues, either - but I'm not too far into it.

I really don't like this new artwork. The original is pretty iconic for the release.
