Really love this album. I should have picked it up last year when it came out, but better late than never! I've just been flipping this and the new Widespread Panic album over and over again. On my third spin of each since yesterday.

Santana - Caravanserai (MoFi)

The percussion maybe has a little more umpf than the Japanese OG, but since you can get those for so cheap this is not really necessary. Still sounds great though.

Don Slepian - Sea of Bliss [2/4]



One of the first LPs (maybe even the first!) with two sidelong tracks I bought. While this one is lovely and cosmic, I haven't been driven to play this again recently. It is a fantastic pressing, especially considering it was reissued by Numero Group and given DMM mastering. With all of those factors mentioned, I think it will stay in my "to sell" bin for now.
I would recommend this to those who enjoy Steve Roach and Joanna Brouk.

No complaints! The jacket was so hot from the weather that I thought for sure it would be a warped mess, but I let it cool overnight and it's fine. Sounds as good as I expected from this level of the MoFi series.
