I played all of these the other night. About half way through volume 2, my wife started talking a little smack about them.
Ooooh, I need to check this out!

When I was a kid (well I mean I was in college when these came out), I asked for this for Christmas and got Vol 2 which I wasn’t even aware existed. After listening to it, I was disappointed. I have come to love it with time, but the first and Acoustic volumes are all timers!
Get it. It's so greatOoooh, I need to check this out!
I was in college when #1 came out - as a die hard U2 fan I had to buy it. When I started working after college, we had a Xmas party and I played the cassette at the party (with older people) When Christmas in Hollis came on they were all like WTF is this! HahahahaI played all of these the other night. About half way through volume 2, my wife started talking a little smack about them.

Awesome!
Had the CD growing up…I feel obligated to mention that there was also a Hootie song on thereVolume 3 is also great, with the Smashing Pumpkins and Chris Cornell songs
Have the cd, too. It was never released on wax I wanted it solely for the Chris Cornell Ave Maria - fortunately that's included in his box set.Had the CD growing up…I feel obligated to mention that there was also a Hootie song on there
