What's Spinning

Moochio (Far Right) his girlfriend Noelle (Middle) are joining Kris (Left) in the joy of the holiday spinning spirit. A huge thank you to my Secret Santa for adding this much needed classic to my collection. I will be intermixing my normal spins now with selections of my Christmas collection. It far too close for me not to have spun some of the classics. This stops tonight and starts with this! I have plenty of new stuff to listen to thanks to the epic package I got. Once again thank you to my wonderful Secret Santa. Sounds amazing and my heart is warmed with the joy this time brings me. I love Christmas music so much that I could write an essay about it!

The Pengu trio are helping me listen to some brand new music I have never heard before!

Up now is Taiga by Zola Jesus. I am about three songs in and it's not only right up my alleyway, but it's so different I love it. This is definitely my next chill out after work record. The voice is magic and the music backs it up with a chill vibe. It's a real plus that it came with a poster with the lyrics printed on one side. I always adore when artists go out of their way to add something special to the release and not just the record in a paper sleeve. I am looking at you Hall & Oats Christmas!

This is for the XTC/Dukes Of Stratosphear releases (2 LP's and a Blu Ray) from Burning Shed....and is a replacement shipment - I suspect the first is stuck in the same loop, but I didn't have tracking on that one....never had an issue until now.

It's gotten to Portland twice, Seattle once, but seems to love the DC area. It has crossed the country 5 times.

Going to go to my local today - if they aren't too busy - and see if they can do anything about it. I just need some human eyes on this - as I think something on it is scanning wrong.

I don't trust droids.

The last update of the day....

I went to my local PO - and they couldn't really do much. She seemed impressed that it has taken 5 trips across the country.

I filed a claim through the USPS website, so hopefully something will tag it to get pulled from the loop.

I also have been DM'ing with someone on @USPSHELP on Twitter. They said that since it is an international package there is no scanned image of it to see why it is being sent all over the place, but they will try capture it once it is idle.

The problem with this is once you see it has arrived in the wrong spot and can do anything about it there, it is already headed back out to another destination.


The last trip was 6 hours back to the Southern MD Annex...
