This isn’t the jackpot records one right? Been tempted by the jackpot set of his Christmas albums…

Neon Indian - Psychic Chasms

I forgot to take a picture until I took it off, but do not waste your money on VMP anymore. This is a cheap piece of crap. The gatefold is made of the cheapest quality material. The disc is a bowl and while the colors look good on it, you can get the wide release for $15 on Amazon pre-order. If it wasn't already my last month I would have cancelled after getting this crap from them, even more so at the insane premium price. I'd be absolutely shocked if they can keep any of the remaining subscribers except for those who only buy to collect after openly embracing such shoddy quality.

How does it sound though? Or too warped to spin?

Nope. I got this a few years ago. It's good enough that it has kept me from getting that Jackpot set...at least for now. I may pick it up still as I don't have the other 2 albums. Plus I would assume this album is at least the same if not better than this one since they are all 3 KPG cuts.

I'll probably get it for by next christmas.

There is no pressing plant etching on this one I have - but if I had to make an educated guess, it's a United pressing. Just has that look/feel/smell.

The new Jackpot set is probably pressed at Cascade, as that is the pressing plant they have been using lately. They are ok. About on par with most other independent pressing plants.
