I lucked out, it's a Friday, and Santa Cruz is only a 45 min drive, whereas San Francisco/Oakland (where most shows are) is 2 hours.

My wife and I have been to Santa Cruz once since living in Sacramento and it was mid-2020, the first trip we took during Covid.

I was telling her that we should go to a concert there sometime and just make a little trip out of it. But we'd have to bring somebody along to watch our daughter.

I remember staying up late to watch Space Ghost Coast to Coast on Cartoon Network. I'm surprised my 10 year old brain could understand the absurd. This and early Conan Late Night.

I didn’t discover Space Ghost Coast To Coast til college. When it ran as part of Adult Swim with Sealab 2021, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Harvey Birdman, The Brak Show and The Venture Bros. I laughed a bunch and smoked a lotta weed. It was quality TV.

Question for the Americans - could you let me know what postal product / type you’re using to ship to Canada and Europe? A quote on the USPS website seems to say $50+ to ship to Canada or Germany. I thought this would be more like $25 to Germany and $15 to Canada. Not sure if rates have just simply gone up or if I’m getting a quote on the wrong product.

I haven’t shipped one in a while (6 months?) but I think it was 20-25 to Canada and 27.50-30 to Europe. Then it increased over 2 pounds and with each subsequent pound.

For Canada, USPS is typically cheapest for a 1 or 2 disc LP. But any more than that and UPS gets wayyyy cheaper really quick as the weight goes up. FedEx sucks across the board. But yeah, it keeps going up every couple months.
