Finally picked this up yesterday, going through the liner notes and agree 100%. Really gives insight to the songs and album. No slight to recent DBT, but these retrospective songs on Pattersons past and the characters that inhabit it are where he really shines. Fantastic to get more background on George A. and how important that relationship was to him.

This is a great sounding album, the arrangements are fantastic.

Spinning Pattersons album again today. Having the female vocalists on this made me think of how much I miss Shonnas harmonies with the band.
