Today I am two weeks post-surgery and have received the okay to return to work next Wednesday. I still have to wear this immobilizer for four more weeks though.
Started posting my top 50 albums of the decade today... I really need one of those Instagram schedulers so I can queue a few of these up in advance
Tomorrow is Monday and @Gavaxeman has been chosen to select the 50th album for our Listening Club... Get ready!

With my shoulder injury, I haven't felt like updating the Listening Club thread for the last three weeks or so but my overall mood has been improving so maybe we can start it up again next week.
Made it through surgery okay. Recovering at home. Really tired though.
Nervous about my shoulder surgery tomorrow morning... Hopefully it goes well. Otherwise had some good news/luck today so far. My disability claim has been approved and I was able to buy the Animal Crossing Switch when it briefly showed up on Amazon.
There's a Groupon right now for Kanye's MBDTF on vinyl, so that's weird ... Right?
I haven't played a single record since last week when I fell, even though I'm home by myself all day and have been extremely bored. I've been wanting to, I just don't have the energy to make it happen.
So, I'm having shoulder surgery next Wednesday! Hopefully it will make me feel better.
I thought I posted this earlier but I guess not... Went to the doctor today and they did a CT scan on my shoulder. Apparently I have a fractured humerus and it may require surgery. They're going to let me know after the weekend.
So, I fell today and dislocated my shoulder/broke one of my bones. Still at the hospital. I hurt.
Does anybody have any recommendations for a decent, affordable Bluetooth speaker for the home? We've had a Jambox for awhile and it's okay, but the built-in battery no longer holds a charge so it always has to be plugged in. And the bass/treble is controlled by the output device so something with an equalizer built in would be nice...
