I hate getting new gear and have it not work properly not knowing if I’m fucking up or if it’s a hardware issue and not being able to troubleshoot it.

Found an original Shuggie Ottis “inspiration information” at Hi Voltage today.Ordered a sealed copy of Pete Seeger & brother Kirk visit Sesame Street, I bet it’s warped.Another successful trip to Phoenix for some digging, the in groove was once again great. Also went to the record room and desert grooves. The highlight was a minty first stereo of Highway 61 Revisited with the alternate take.

Hopefully they work well when they return, still could have been resolved over the phone in five minutes and saved me 200 bucks.First vinyl community video
Coming back to Scottsdale for my birthday at the beginning of January, maybe scope out some apartments for a possible move in the near future.It was my most enjoyable vacation ever.I found so much good stuff at half price books in Mesa Arizona.My first visit to the in groove this afternoon, did some damage can’t wait to receive them in the mail when I get back home.Heading on my first vacation since 2020, going to Scottsdale. This will be my first trip centered around record shopping, very excited.Magnepan update, blown fuse, I still don’t know if it really is it looked fine before I sent it in and it looks fine in the photo they sent me. So 235 dollar round trip later I’ll have working speakers. Somehow they charge $50 for the packing materials, was a smart ass about that considering the packaging is objectively insufficient.Decided to send in the magnepans for warranty repair, it cost $89 usd uninsured to ship, got a deal by using the fedex account at the golf course. -
