I sold 8 records to someone on Reddit (from the dog’s surgery sale), buyer paid $250 for 8 records. I decided to insure it on my own, just to be safe. Well guess what got sent to the “USPS Recovery Center” as damaged. Now I just hope the USPS covers the buyer’s claim…..

I sold a record on Discogs to someone in Italy, shipped it May 11th. Last movement was on May 13 when it “departed regional facility” in San Francisco. Opened a “lost package” ticket on USPS 6/12, haven’t heard a word. Buyer is being incredibly patient, but I have no idea how long to wait before I give up.

A bit of advice: when ordering records from Craft, always expect them to sit at the Fox Valley, IL post office for days on end. My Violent Femmes comp has been there since the 17th. I know that’s nothing compared to the Eastern Sounds debacle, but it makes me nervous
