Everything Video Games!

looks like it’ll be like PS4/PS5 games and/or DLC patches where game data needs to be downloaded to the console but you still need fo insert the cartridge everytime you wanna play

The $10 is to upgrade to the Switch 2 version, sorta like PS4 to PS5 upgrades. You can play your game just fine if you don't care about the upgrade.

Your cart will need to be used as it's basically the "license check" to play your game.
 
IGN and Gamespot have initial impressions videos up on Switch 2 if folks are interested.

Like others I’m on the fence about early adoption, nothing has me chomping at the bit to buy. Still looking forward to the new system.

We just got the PS5 for Christmas, so I think we'll be waiting a bit to upgrade our Switch...

…and lol one of the very first things i did was delete that off my screen because i hate clutter. now you done made me feel bad.
