Everything Video Games!

I think it's funny to play a game like Hades or a Soulslike on a Switch. The Pro Controller is fine, but I think about someone playing that high intensity button mashing type game on the go where you might have Joycon drift of if you happen to use one of individual joycon controllers instead.

Yeah, very much having the same issue, but might be having slightly better luck.

The thing that is driving me crazy is when it comes to rare cards, I just keep getting the same ones over and over when opening packs.

I'm trying to complete an expansion and when it comes to EX cards, full art cards and so on I have a lot of holes. But the ones I already have, I just keep pulling them.

So far with this new expansion I have pulled the full art card for Buizel 10 or more times. And only have 1 other full art card so far.

With the previous expansion, it was the animated Dialga card I kept pulling. I have like 7 of those. lol
I guess I just needed to complain on here, pulled the full art Wigglytuff this morning from a WP.

Having the same issue with dupes though. Last expansion wasn't too bad, but with the Space-Time Smackdown it was Mamoswines and Hippopotas as far as the eye could see. Ended up using points for the Lucario card because I could never pull it. Terrible luck this expansion, except for 3 Grafaiai. Have yet to get a single shiny, but I've only been doing the daily packs lately as well.

80 bucks for mario kart...

this is what happens when a company gets greedy... that or tariffs and inflation have ruined the market
Think it was only a matter of time. Counting in inflation this is more or less than same price as MK64 30 years ago.

You can apparently get it bundled with the Switch 2 for $500, which will save you $30, but I would just expect games (and everything) to be getting more expensive.

That was me with Hades and Enter the Gungeon. Fun to play on the couch, but I only got 1 win in Gungeon and never finished Hades.

I had to trade for Mamo. Still missing Lucario.
This booster I've got three full art Tatsugiris and no regular. Finally got a Gimighoul today (1 diamond basic)... through a wonderpick. No shinies either.

My boyfriend is pretty obsessed with hades and plays it on switch so I’m sure he is happy about this. I never played it and gungeon was just too hard for me in general. I was into undermine for a while but that is a much slower rogue like, sadly the switch port sucks

Very cool stuff but my wife and I will probably do what we did last time and wait until a new Animal Crossing game is announced, alongside a potentially themed system.
Same boat here. I just don't have the time to game as much as I used to outside of the few mobile games I play. I still need to finish Pokemon Arceus

$80 is steep, but it depends on the game. Like, that's a lot. But the hours I'll probably put into Mario Kart, a new Smash, any new Zelda game is it worth $80? maybe. But a new Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin, etc that you can finish in like 12 hours. Absolutely not. I'm salty about Nintendo because they make really good games but most of them you can finish in a few days or an afternoon yet never drop in price to affordable levels.
