I worked for a local Top 40 station in the summer of 2001 and I got a promo CD copy of this album (found this tape in a clearance bin many years later). It’s complete sap; but it’s a pre-9/11 time capsule that still stirs up within me way more than a record like this should.
I really have a thing for all his albums. I'd love for them to get pressed since they never have been

Day 23: Archer

The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band - Will The Circle Be Unbroken

So this is a bit of a stretch but since I didn’t have the Top Gun, Caddyshack, Footloose soundtracks on wax, or any of his solo or band releases I had to go with Nitty Gritty Dirt Band since he was a member of the group for a short while (though not on this release). See when I think of Archer and music the first thing that pops in my head is K-Log.

Day 25. Adventure Time

Adventure Time! Great memories of watching this with my oldest daughter and various adventures (no pun intended) around it. Taking a road trip up to LA in 2011 to go to a gallery showing of Adventure Time show art (title cards, character sketches) and fan art. And then her being Finn and Fiona for various comic-cons, including a visit to a pop-up Adventure Time themed pizza place. Not to mention my barber has half his leg tattooed with Adventure Time.

Anyway, this one is for the Peppermint Butler who I think would enjoy the White Stripes aesthetic, and it has the track "A Boys Best Friend" which I'll dedicate to Finn and Jake.

21. The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

Queen Latifah "All Hail The Queen" (1989 Tommy Boy; 2018 club reissue)
I'll play some old school hip hop to go along with this prompt.

Queen Latifah actually guest starred in two episodes of Fresh Prince (S1E25 & S2E08), both of which aired in 1991, as two completely different characters. That S1 finale is one of my favourite episodes of the show too.
