yeah, i saw her fall '22 and she spoke about a new album, and played like 4-5 brand new songs, which were incredible! she mentioned something about having a fear of going into the recording studio (maybe she's a perfectionist), hence the delay. But she definitely has some amazing new material for us, and I can't wait to hear it again when I see her in early March. Also, her between-song banter is amazing, she''s low-key hilarious.

I really enjoyed the new Real Estate record. It’s not revelatory but it will be played quite a bit this summer while I am sipping beer on my back patio (along with the Ducks Ltd. and J Mascis albums).

The Mannequin Pussy record is pretty fun too.
