Got confirmation that the "Are you sure you want to apply this reaction" bug in profile comments will be fixed in XenForo 3.3.4.
Version 3.3.4 hasn't been released yet, but hopefully soon.

I don’t think this is a bug per se, but the fact that I still get notifications and can see the thread that I want to ignore on the main page doesn’t help me ignore it right now.
The ignore feature is not really a built in feature of XenForo, but rather a third party addon. And the version we have hasn't been updated in years.
It's something we would have to purchase a new license for to update to the latest version, and even then I don't know if it will resolve the issue you called out.

I have the politics thread hidden and unfollowed (sadly, it still pops up on the front page when it's the latest with posts), but just now I got a notification that it's been posted in in my alerts. I just checked, and it still has "unignore" and "watch" buttons, so I have no clue why I got that alert.

I had the same thing happen. I think it may have been because a post got moved from another thread there, but that is just a guess.

I wasn't sure where to ask for help on this issue I've had for the past few days, so I posted here.
For some reason I have lost the ability to use all the normal text formatting functions for posting (e.g. bold, italicize, font size, etc..) Not sure what's going on..
I attached a file of a screenshot of my issue (that's all I can do, I can't attach pics or links either).
