Ch Ch Ch Changes! - David Bowie Talk

Bloody hell. I thought Toy was supposed to be exclusive to the box like The Gouster

I suppose that seemed kinda silly with it having already been released outside the box in the other box.

Edit: Just checked the Bowie site and it wasn’t one of the ones marked as exclusive to the box.

AS is pretty easy to cancel from if you find them elsewhere too for cheaper!

They’re going to be released everywhere as a standard Bowie catalogue releases, there doesn’t seem much of a point in putting in a placeholder, especially with that shower of 🤬

They wouldn’t be my first choice mostly because they always charge the higher side or MSRP and don’t really have sales. But they do ship well in the US and have good CS if you have an issue with damage in my experience. I know they are insanely expensive to ship overseas though

I just hate that they flip their own product and ramp up the prices when they get low on numbers. That shit is beyond the pale.

Fair enough. They aren’t as bad as MoFi but it is frustrating and a shitty business practice.

Glad at least more people get a chance to hear it. It is enjoyable but really only essential to fans in my opinion. There is a reason it was unreleased. It’s funny because most of the songs are pretty good, it is the actual recordings that I find a bit thin and uninteresting.

It is a good set. Surprised that Milton Keynes and Tokyo Dome '95 have not been officially released. Supposedly there are tons of properly recorded shows in the Bowie archive. Hope they see the light of day. Even if it was some sort of digital archive and no vinyl pressed I would be happy with it
