Play something about money

I was going to just play DSOTM since no one was gonna do it...but I'll go with my first pick.

This was a cheap thrift store purchase years ago...I need to keep an eye out for a cleaner copy, one that isn't falling apart and still has the Billion Dollar Bill poster.

A top shelf Alice Cooper record.

Original gatefolds were a 'wallet' and came with a sheet of band photos and this 100% certified legal tender billion dollar bill. I'm saving mine for a rainy day...

Yeah...my wallet is falling apart AND my billion dollars is missing.

I don't usually take the sleeve out of the outer sleeve anymore, as it's just barely holding on. I leave the record outside the jacket, too.

I took our kids and their friends to Warped Tour every year for about a 6 year stretch. A few bands made a huge positive impression on me. One was The Dead 60s (one record, kaput, gone, dammit) and another was Anti-Flag. Bought three shirts at their merch table. Our son and daughter got theirs signed. Your post made me pull mine out of the drawer for a photo op.

Is there a better philosophy?

I was listening to the new hackedepiccioto these days and it made me think that, if there ever was a The Hunger remake, it would make a great soundtrack to it. Then the movie made me think about Bauhaus and Bauhaus made think about The Sisters of Mercy.

I also got to see these guys at the warped tour in 2001. I love them. They’re one of my favorite punk groups.

Very nice....I don't even have an OG 1982 pressing of this one. I've been looking, but I can't seem to find one in good enough shape to replace my 1983 reissue.

I'm cool with this. Maybe just keep writing a little blurb about each one as it looks like you've been doing to keep a level of engagement.

I'm going to be out of town for a week or so next week and was contemplating either doing this same thing or waiting til I get back to catch up.
 
Alright, I finally caught up on everyone's spins! A few people missed a single day, but it looks like they've continued to play along, so I'll include them on the first raffle. I'll PM them separately to circle back on their missed day to be eligible for the big raffle at the end of the month though.

I need to head out for a while in a little bit, so if I don't get the raffle done this morning, it'll be this evening.
