Definitive Audiophile pressings

Received this today and it sounds pretty good for $14.29. Record is even housed in a Quality Record Pressings archival inner sleeve. Flat and quiet. All-analogue mastering by Grundman.

Hendrix and his band mates are on fire. Mitch Mitchell blows my mind.

These Hendrix releases are the best deals in vinyl. Nearly all can be had for under $20

This is my favorite of the three. Don't let the coconut deceive you. It's barely there. But hoppy deliciousness.View attachment 163252
I don't think we're have that up here in Canadaland but there are others for sure. There's some very good non alc up here but they've caught on and they basically cost as much as regular beer AND THAT WILL NOT STAND. So I go cheapy cheap on the non alc for the most part. I have tried one hop water but it didn't do it for me, but I'd definitely be game to try more.

Purchased!

I'm drinking alcohol and buying vinyl.
The world can burn.

What is it with that! I’ve found some nice non alcoholic beer recently but €7 for 6 little cans is the same as normal and we have one of the highest alcohol duties in the world. It’s mental. So I just get drunk instead…

We tried non alcoholic beers when my wife was pregnant last year. They have them at lots of bars and same issue here. Same price (or more!) than a pint of beer.

Well the funny thing is it's actually harder to make non alc beer because you have to brew a full alc beer and then remove the alcohol after the fact. So it actually costs more to make non alc. But that being said no sir I am not paying 5 dollars for your beverage that does not contain mind altering poison. The whole reason I pay 5 dollars in the first place is primarily due to the inclusion of the mind altering poison. Without which it's now just a funny tasting water/bread substitute.

The others I've tried tasted funny to me. I've had a few decent non alcoholic beers but same issue. This is the first brand that tastes right to me. But it's been hard to find here. They only sell it by the can, and it's $1.69 each, which isn't terrible imo. But I bought them out of it this week.

I wonder if there’s anyone selling off all that alcohol that they remove after the fact 🤔

I like that brand but like the Lagunitas one a bit better. Have you tried that one? Super hoppy and refreshing.
