Definitive Audiophile pressings

I know a guy with a referral link for $80 off a year 😉

I do think Iggy is sold out though now. I had seen it was low stock and grabbed it in swaps last month. I’m excited for the ZZ Top. If you want me to grab ya copy in swaps or something lemme know.
You know, I headed over, selected the 1 year option to see if I could come up with 8 albums I would want...........there wasn't a one, so that takes care of that. I'm good with my Iggy pressing, BUT, I'd be down for the ZZ Top release if you can manage it, just let me know, it's appreciated :)

If you can try to remind me when it’s closer to swaps opening up later this month!

I've been avoiding these vids as of late, lol. Against my better judgement the UHQR should be here in the next day or so, I have an AA OG of Aja that I've found to be pretty solid and while I know many look at Steely Dan as over-polished yacht rock, it's not, but to each his onw ;)

I was on the fence on the UHQR's, picked up Can't Buy A Thrill and Pretzel Logic, those two and Aja were the ones I was interested in, so far we're 50/50 on these. CBAT is fantastic, PL leaves a little to be desired, if I ever find a decent OG copy in the wild I'll pick it up. Early Steely Dan just hit in my wheel house of just starting to really appreciate the musicality, composition and instrumentation of what I was listening to, so they're a favorite although that fell off a bit after Gaucho.

Probably my last AP purchase unfortunately, they're showing inconsistencies in their pressings and the price point makes it a tough dice roll, I could talk myself into justifying the price if I really tried, but the increase in the minimum purchase for free shipping AND the UHQR's not qualifying for free shipping at all, kind of tears it for me.

We'll report back Aja :)
PSA on this UHQR title. The ‘In’ Groove is the only place I’ve found to buy this (for regular retail) with no tax (depending on state, but no tax for UT) and free shipping. In my case that’s a savings of well over $20, and I’ll take it.

Comeback Vinyl also has free shipping, no tax. They don’t have it in stock yet but will soon. They also had a 15% off promo code for signing up for emails that worked on UHQRs…worth keeping an eye on!

I wonder if anyone is going to offer a cheap version of live at Carnegie Hall. I had noticed it had come back into print recently…
Keep an eye on rarewaves. They tend to do these kinds of massive discounts for a day or two from time to time. Or I can grab you a copy and send it with the Beatles MoFi? I haven’t forgotten about that…haha

Actually that’d be great if it’s ok? Hit me up when you’re ready and I can sort you out for both…

Not sure how "limited" it is, but the green vinyl pressing of Paul Weller's Wild Wood sounds great. It is an Optimal pressing and is nice and quiet. Definitely worth picking up if you see it in the wild.

The volume is a bit quiet but you can crank it with no problem. Very happy to get a good vinyl pressing of this.
