Alright I took the bullet and watched at double speed while skipping through. Jesus these things are just insufferable at 45 goddamn minutes... Basically he likes the AP 45 of LA Woman and Strange Days better, doesn't have the 45 of Morrison Hotel, and gives the edge to the Rhino on the ST and Soft Parade. But essentially most of them are a wash between the two but he prefers 33 to 45 ideally. Honestly the ST was the only one I thought I might get so this didn't really change anything. I don't need Soft Parade anyhow...

I got mine yesterday. Listened to 4 out of 6 so far and they are fantastic. I haven't A\B'd to the AP 45's yet, but upon first listen I can't see me reaching for those over these if for no other reason than they are 33 rpm. I think people are going to be pleased with this set. The box is also pretty snazzy.

You have the AP45's right? I picked up AP LA Woman, Strange Days, Morrisson Hotel and ST many years ago and everyone is quite good to superb (LA Woman especially). I love the RHF's but I've no desire to pick them up considering I have these AP's. Good to hear they are comparatively excellent as well.

i have a few of the AP45s but may end up selling them since I have the box now. i just hate the 45 format...
