I'm strumming on some Brown album tonight. Curious about this one though I'll never buy it. Any specific song that stands out hearing the album on that pressing?

I upgraded from a really really beat up flea market copy so every song. Of course I turned it up for Dixie so I guess that but it's also my favorite song on the album

Let us know how it sounds! I’m sure it will sound amazing as all Acoustic Sound series pressing have so far, but I still want to know!

I’m trying to get my hands on the Sarah Vaughn’s self-titled Acoustic Sounds pressing, but it’s not coming up on Amazon AU to order a copy yet!

I’ve gone through 2 copies of Sarah Vaughan so far. Lots of distortion issues for me. So hopefully Study In Brown is an improvement in QC

Also I solved my early pandemic WFH snack problem by just not buying snacks when I went to the supermarket, can’t eat what isn’t there...

Haha it’s all stuff that has happened approximately once in each instance but still frustrated me. The top load sleeve behind is easy access for me and I never have issues bein clumsy anymore (at least with records!)

Organizing is all about how you can easily find things and that’s all that matters. I put Bob Dylan under D but Miles Davis under M.

Nope. Been refunded on it as target is out of stock. So will have to try again in the future.

Spinning Lola right now. Like many reviews I've seen there are the predictable crappy GZ issues, random right channel crackle and pops... Not surprised. Mastering is great though.

Jack White is with the White Stripes, which is really just over a few spots from ABC order. Dead Weather and the Raconteurs are under D and R respectively. It only has to make sense to me.

I don't know who originally put up the bat signal regarding that KG mastered pressing of Electric Warrior, but thank you to whoever did. Received it a few days ago and finally gave it a spin last night.

Great dynamics, fantastic album. I really didn't know it too well but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did!
