Agree. I have the Classic single pressing, fantastic. There is crackling and distortion. In fact, the original sleeve warns of it.
I tried the 3 LP set. It is a really shitty pressing, but no matter, the digital remaster doesnt come close to the Classic, and the added Tommy material just bogs down a great, tight record.

I love that album but I have an early pressing and haven't really felt the need to buy another. I'd have to relisten to my copy to see what condition it's in but good to hear it sounds good!

I swear these might be the best value in "audiophile" records. All the ones I have sound fantastic and I have gotten them all for under $20.

Yeah after I finished the transaction on PopMarket, I wished I had gone through Comeback for the support and to get the records sent outside the sleeves. Wonder how easy it is to cancel?

I think I have cancelled before through popmarket? They are hit or miss for me. The MoFI I just got from popmarket arrived with seamsplits but i think nearly all of my MoFis have arrived with seam splits no matter where i order from...
