Really impressed with this one. I got quite a few nice sounding pressings from Target. This, the Bellers Californication, Starfish- the church. I really like the KG cut of Tommy I grabbed from Sound of Vinyl too and grabbed the last of the VU halfspeeds

Came here to say just this, and I think I got all of those except for Tommy haha.
But yeah, finally got to listen to some of the many Target, SOV, and UD albums that came in and have been really happy with everything. I’ll echo everything you said about The Church and DMB - both sound phenomenal. The Joni box is superb, incredibly happy with that. The VU half speeds aren’t out of this world, but for $21 I’m very happy with them. The KG cut of Electric Warrior also sounds fantastic.
Other highlights of mine include the Dylan Springtime in New York set - not too familiar with this period of Dylan but I really like this set of songs so I might have to dig some more into that era. I also got the Rolling Thunder Revue Bootleg Series (I think it’s Vol. 5) which is really fun - that’s easily my favorite Dylan era.
While I may have spent a little more than I planned, I’m really happy with the quality of everything I picked up.

I’ll add one more to the mix - the Purple Rain exclusive on purple vinyl sounds incredible! Maybe it’s the Humminguru bringing out the best in these pressings or just really well mastered records.

I wanted this one but already have the 2009 BoomBoom cut. Have heard the recent reissue sounds awesome too. Think it’s from the 2015 KG plates

Just catching up on Laquer Gate. This is hilarious.
I thought it was well understood dub plates / lacquers wear out through repeated plays.
(Still amazes me these ERC pressings have so many issues)

I don't have a Humminguru and mine sounds incredible too. I love the shiny cover and if there was any album I needed on purple vinyl, Purple Rain is the one

Re AS “Black Saint and Sinner Lady,” anyone else think the piano is too low in the mix and a little thin sounding? My pressing is flat and silent, but the piano seems overwhelmed by all other instruments. Perhaps that’s how the source is? It’s not how I’m used to hearing Jackie Byard on Mingus records.
Regardless — I love Mingus, so mostly very happy to have this.

I don't see Workin', but the other 4 Miles will be good to have (and better than the OJC's) along with quite a few others including a quality pressing of Colossus.
Did anyone heard any artisits or titles for the Contemporary releases ?

Yep. @Mr Moustache answered already but it will supposedly include all 25 prestige titles that AP did in both mono and stereo. Possibly other titles. I know the BG cut of Way Out West will be released as well as potentially some other Contemporary Records titles. Hoping they repress some Art Pepper.
