Way Out West and other Contemporary titles like Art Pepper are gonna be awesome. That BG interview is really interesting and he was impressed by the quality of the original recordings.

I know it won’t be, but Woody Shaw’s Blackstone Legacy on Contemporary needs an audiophile reissue.

Workin was done by AP but not in the Prestige series they did. Relaxin, Cookin, Steamin, and Bags Groove are in there though.

I am bummed because my Withers Hits and Tapestry STILL haven’t shipped. Mofi says they have shipping backups. I feel like I’m gonna get hosed on these even though I have a confirmed order.

This is part of why I have been buying direct from MoFi lately. Pretty sure if you buy from MD, they fulfill in order of orders received and for records that aren’t limited, you can get pushed to the next batch if they don’t have enough copies. it seems MoFi has taken more and more copies of the repressed when they come in. Not sure when you ordered Tapestry or Withers…but lately I’ve received albums directly from MoFi often before my backorder is even marked as shippable at MD…

Well it makes my decision much easier. I put in for an email from MoFi when it gets repressed.
