For my money I find that many AP 45s are better to my ears than Mofi 45sDo you all view these as basically on the level of MoFi 45 RPM (not one-step) pressings? Guess that would be MoFi's Gain 2 stuff.

That’s the only one I have from her, but it’s really good - the best sounding Big Thief on wax. She might be a name to watch for the future.I’ve been meaning to pick this up! Just saw the matrix has TELEGRAPH DRAGON. That’s actually Amy Dragon from Telegraph Mastering. She cut Big Thief’s latest album.
I have the 20th on the way so I can if no one else can. I want to say @JohnnyCashFan had a comparison link too?Anyone compare the Norah Jones Come Away With Me 20th to the AP?
TWELVE VERSIONS , The AP is the SACDI have the 20th on the way so I can if no one else can. I want to say @JohnnyCashFan had a comparison link too?
I have the Revolver already, the Stevie gets here on Wed

Although, are we sure it’s not just Carrie Brownstein moonlighting as a mastering engineer??

I saw that etching but didn't realize it was essentially a signature. I completely agree Grizzly Man and the latest Big Thief sound great. She's an up and comer for sure!I’ve been meaning to pick this up! Just saw the matrix has TELEGRAPH DRAGON. That’s actually Amy Dragon from Telegraph Mastering. She cut Big Thief’s latest album.
So far I've bought them all from Ella in Japan.
Mines a 74 Apple Records, also stereo. No idea if it's thought to be good or bad. But it's completely mint. Like one pop on the whole thing.Revolver was the first record I ordered from Record City. I got the ODEON 60's pressing in stereo. Could use a bath in one of those sonicator machines but It's otherwise quite excellent.
Yep.From Discogs?
I’m with @Mather in that I tend to like AP better even though I have WAY more MoFis (84 MoFis vs 39 APs). But it’s a bit of a toss up and I’d say they are comparable plus you get the actual album art with AP. Do you have any of the AP 45s? The Skynyrds are awesome.Do you all view these as basically on the level of MoFi 45 RPM (not one-step) pressings? Guess that would be MoFi's Gain 2 stuff.
I don’t know, but can you get more Portland than looking like exactly Carrie, being a vinyl mastering engineer, and wearing what looks like a Nirvana x Sub Pop x Trail Blazers mashup shirt?uhhhh, maybe....

Also the name “Amy Dragon” has gotta be a pseudonym.I don’t know, but can you get more Portland than looking like exactly Carrie, being a vinyl mastering engineer, and wearing what looks like a Nirvana x Sub Pop x Trail Blazers mashup shirt?
Plan on giving it a spin on Sunday. Glad to hear that it maintains the reputation of the series. The new Acoustic Sounds series Duke Ellington meets Coleman Hawkins sounds spectacular. Highly recommended. Disappointments shall be none.
Does it ever! I can’t speak for others, but for me, this is the best reissue series out there. And this particular release…Plan on giving it a spin on Sunday. Glad to hear that it maintains the reputation of the series.
