Discogs - Help, Tricks, Secrets And Tips

Looks good!

A couple of things...
Discogs has 2 kinds of "written by" credits. Only the one with the hyphen "written-by" links the artist to their page. "photography by" is similar, but it doesn't have a hyphen for whatever reason. It is annoying to deal with, but it is what it is...

The other thing is people usually put in the Matrix/Runout free text description fields "Runout Side A" or some variation of that. Take note though, some users really like to enforce capitalization here, even though there is no reason to. Haha.

Done!

Thanks, yeah just keeps reloading the sign in screen for me. Uninstalled and reinstalled and same issue.

I'm using Chrome on my phone and I get a note saying "We are aware of some login issues users may be having" or some such... so I reckon they're working on it. I'll pay closer attention next time

what in the flying fuck does this mean:
We are transitioning to a new type of notification so you can be alerted to important information immediately anywhere on Discogs rather than having to go to your inbox. Look for the notification bell icon located in the navigation bar next to the dashboard icon.

We are excited about this transition, which is part of our commitment to improve the technical foundation of the site and communicate with you more efficiently. Notifications are a more reliable and efficient way to keep up-to-date on your records collections, orders, contributions, and more.

I haven't gotten any "notifications" - but I assume it's for ads and shit.

I'm not too happy with Discogs - haven't been for a bit now. They just borked every label page - and now sorting or searching for something is either not easy or impossible.

But I really haven't been on the forums there for about a month or so -and my mental health is doing much better. I just make edits on releases I own - and go about my day.
