How much does everyone knock off the price for a crushed corner?

I have a high tolerance for minor dings, I’d be hesitant to offer anything outside of a token discount for that. With that said that record definitely has buyers who care a lot more about condition than others may, so I can see it more here if you want to. My gut says somewhere in the 15% or return and refund range but that’s not my expertise. Might ask the buyer what s/he’s looking for?

Thanks for answering, I'm actually selling it and disclosed it in the listing. I asked because I got an offer. Funny thing is they offered just a hair under 85% of my asking price. I have a few other albums I might sell with similar cosmetic damage and was curious.

Not real sure what happened on this one -

I reverted the other users change of country and the Pallas USA LCCN credit -

I got a correct vote from @GentleSenator - thanks.

Then I got EI'd - but the sub wasn't reverted back - which is odd....then I got another correct vote.

Now the sub is stuck on "Needs Minor Changes" - when it doesn't need any changes.

one more correct vote should get it back

always a treat when voters also don't read the actual submission history... i saw an opportunity to clean up the BAOI a bit so i made an edit.

I've had zero issues selling internationally and I'd wager 20% of my overall sales and likely 60% of my high value sales have been international. Main thing is to be 100% sure what the shipping is before you commit the sale.
Same. If international buyers aren’t too concerned about the pricey shipping then you know they won’t mind the price tag in general. My biggest sale ever came from Japan.

Yesterday I received a record from a seller in Belgium that was completely destroyed. It had been repackaged in a USPS priority mail box. I reached out to the seller and they said I needed to go to the post office and complain. The USPS says that the sender must open an inquiry- but the seller used Belgian Post to send the package. Any ideas how I should go about this? Such a bummer, its a rare record that I was really looking forward to.

oh fuck! That’s been annihilated! Sorry man!

yeah the seller is the postal services customer as they posted it and paid. They have to claim for it through their postal service. He should really refund you, or get you to go through PayPal dispute for seller protection, and then claim it back himself from the postal provider.

In my experience, overseas sellers use thin cardboard mailers that are not sturdy enough to withstand anything more than gentle handling.

If the seller won’t agree to refund you, open a case with PayPal or your credit card company to get a refund due to the item arriving damaged.

In no scenario do you need to hit up any postal service for your refund. That’s something the seller can do separately, if they want to recoup their own loss.

This isn't suspicious at all..................... :)
As I know you're not shipping to Germany I would like to ask if you could ship the vinyl to a friend of mine to New Hampshire. Due to his work he is visiting Germany regularly and could bring the vinyl with him next time. Of course I would write you a letter of confirmation including my ID / passport which would confirm that I asked you to send the vinyl to said address in New Hampshire. You would really do me a big favor. Also, I assume the Two Feet - First Steps record already has been sold? Saw it like two days ago, but still had to ensure my friend is fine with bringing me the vinyl on his next trip.
