the only reason i might change my turntable mat is that the cork and rubber mat from turntable lab looks incredibly interesting and i think my problem with the VMP cork mats was that VMP have NO IDEA how to ship a cork mat without making it easy to bend into a warp
tbh half of my reason is because of look (my acrylic is a BIT too minimalist), and because of the myth of a better sound and cut down static (i haven't noticed anything major)i bought a cork mat thinking that it would cut down on static and I didn’t get that result.
maybe... but i dunno what a good one is that wont cause issues with my power strip and all the other stuff

It did make a difference, it quietened the soundstage down and got rid of the last bits of him that I had. A good final touch but nowhere near as effective as actual gear upgrades!
Sadly they don’t sell U.K./Irish spec items. I’d much rather have spent what you lot did for them than I did for what I got...I use a Panamax. It works fine.
