I couldn’t remember who did what, dammit.I built my own fancy wall mount, thank you very much.
The guitar lives over the intake kallax now. It was lying on the coach. My youngest wants to play ukulele so I may start strumming again soon. Were you strumming the guitar when you took this?
Oh thank GodThe guitar lives over the intake kallax now.
Needs a Fisher-Price record player under it.Little one’s uke hangs in the dining room:

It looks pretty, but no first hand experience. Sorry.Anyone have any experience with SolidSteel brand gear racks?
I've got some friends with the S4 series. Helped assemble one. They aren't the last word in isolation, but it's a solid rack. Easy to assemble. Holds considerable weight without sweating. Nice floor spikes. For the best sound I've noticed most people add various spikes/isolation feet under most of the devices on the rack, so that might be something to consider.Anyone have any experience with SolidSteel brand gear racks?
I was looking at VTI yesterday, I don't see anyone selling it up here at all. Not sure it's available but I'm gunna keep looking.I've got some friends with the S4 series. Helped assemble one. Overall it's a pretty easy recommendation for stuff that's widely commercially available. I think they can be beat for the price, but also would need to go more obscure.
Another brand to consider is VTI. They run a little more affordable, and they don't feel as premium in fit and finish as the solid steel stuff. But I do think they sound a little better with most of the gear I've heard.

I recently installed the Pangea Wall Mount @Angsty mentioned for my Thorens and it cured the issue. Simple installation. I think it looks fine.Anyone have any wallmounts top of mind? Who has good options?
I'm sure there are but I'll be damned if I I've ever seen one. I'll have a look around though...Do you have any of the companies up there that make bespoke hifi racks on a smaller scale rather than a brand. A bit like the people in Britain like blok or audinnio or lagom or the lads you bought your vinyl unit from?
This is really the most cost/quality effective way to go. The trouble is finding them.Do you have any of the companies up there that make bespoke hifi racks on a smaller scale rather than a brand. To be fair, I've never seen them in a shop here, and none of the big hifi retailers carry them either. I got mine used from a friend, and only see them sold online from sites that I'm otherwise unfamiliar with.I'm sure there are but I'll be damned if I I've ever seen one.
