So--
Because I'm pretty certain Elden Ring is going to wind up in my top 5 favorite games of all-time. I decided to work on what that list actually looks like. The answer:
1. Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64 version had bomb multiplayer, Xbox remake is the version of the single player that holds up)
2. The Last of Us (PS3 originally, obviously has been remade for PS5)
3. Mass Effect 2 (Xbox 360, but the trilogy remaster is very solid)
4. Metroid Prime (Switch remake is the one to play)
---
I think Elden Ring will go right here at #5 but could go as high as #3.

5. GTA 5 (what console isn't this on?)
6. Star Wars: Knights of Old Republic (Xbox)
7. Stardew Valley (PS4)
8. Super Mario Bros Wii (co-op is the bomb)
9. Mirror's Edge (360, PS3)
10. WWF: No Mercy (N64)
11. Zelda Breath of the Wild (Switch)
12. Bioshock Infinite (360, PS3)
13. Max Payne (Xbox)
14. Turtles in Time (SNES)
15. Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube)
16. Horizon Zero Dawn (PS4)
17. Tony Hawk Pro Skater (play the PS4 remaster!)
18. Burnout 3 (Xbox-- remaster this you cowards!)
19. Persona 5 (PS4)
20. Read Dead Redemption 2 (PS4)
21. God of War (PS4)
22. Harvest Moon 64 (N64)
23. Donkey Kong Country (SNES)
24. Dead Cells (PS4)
25. Jade Empire (Xbox)
26. Time Splitters 2 (Gamecube, Xbox)
27. Inside (PS4)
28. 13 Sentinels: Agies Rim (PS4)
29. NBA Jam: Turbo Edition (SNES)
30. Worms Armegeddon (PC, N64, Dreamcast)
That would be hard to do thinking back from childhood but I have not owned a console since the Sega Genesis (although I did own an N64 from a swap meet a couple years ago but not contemporary with its time in the sun). As well, I have some in my Steam inventory that are on that list that I just haven't gotten around to (e.g. Horizon Zero Dawn).
Your list has a surprising choice, to me, of Dead Cells. Don't get me wrong - excellent game and I burned countless hours on it - but nice to see it getting some love. As well, I think "favorites" is key. I also really like to see Inside on the list; fantastic game. I wonder what you thought of Limbo if you played it or Little Nightmares (I know Playdead only made Inside and Limbo but I consider Little Nightmares in the same class of game). Finally, I see Turtles in Time (great game)....have you tried TMNT Splintered Fate (or Shredder's Revenge for that matter - more like Turtles in Time)? I mentioned it upstream and have been having fun playing with online groups.
This list is going to be heavily skewed to games from my adulthood with a few exceptions.
Here is my, unnumbered (so it is not in order of preference) list, of all time favorites.
Ocarina of Time (played it when I got my swap meet N64 - blew me away; would really like to try BotW but no inclination to buy a Switch)
Last of Us (not my usual fare but when it got ported I had to try it and loved it)
Tomb Raider: Rise of the Tomb Raider
Arkham City (for both the Arkham and Tomb Raider reboots, I feel the middle ones captured them the best)
Hades (second one is great but the first is the benchmark)
Dishonored (never really gave stealth type games much attention till I played this)
RDR2 (this game is magical and if I did compel myself to number it might take top spot; just bought the first game port and can't wait to give it a go)
Warhammer Vermintide 2 (actually this might vie w/ RDR2 for the top spot; RDR2 has so much more going for it for immersion and story, but I have spent so many fun hours in Vermintide maps)
Cyberpunk 2077
God of War port (only GoW I have ever played; still need to get around to playing Ragnarok; I own it, have downloaded it, just haven't started)
Celeste (don't usually like platformers but it is a beautiful game)
Mario Kart 64 (memories of handles of cheap vodka and friends' bedrooms in high school; honorable mention to NBA Jam, another game friends and I played a lot growing up)
Max Payne 3 (I love all the games and have played through all of them many times on all difficulties, but this is my fave)
Left for Dead 1/2 (cluster them together 'cause when I used to play you could play all maps online from same server; it's the same reason I love Vermintide 2; horde management with strangers turned fellow survivors turned friends)
Streets of Rage 2/3/4 (I felt the first was the least refined)
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (I argue we wouldn't have the fluid type of combat you see in the Arkham games without it)
Wolfenstein The New Order
