I think @debianlinux stalks just fine
who knows?
that's why i suggested a trial period.
maybe it's cool and it's better for people
maybe it's annoying and worse for people
maybe it's neither or both
but it could be cool and it could be better and it might make a positive difference
i know it isn't going to happen but i think it's worth a try

Can we get a Myspace-like top 8?
So I can list my 8 favorite forum people at the current time!
EDIT: Before u say no, you would fill 3 out of 8 spots @Colonel_Angus
Man, that Top 8 always caused such drama back in the day. I remember my sister-in-law getting mad that SHE wasn't #1 on my wife's list, instead of me.

Honestly, at this point, it's probably best to just create a second Feature Requests thread...Well fwiw: #1 would be Otown Colonel, 4 would be JQBX Colonel, and 7 was forum Colonel, but NOW....8th.

I voted with the reaction to your post.Should we have a vote on which laughing reaction we should keep?
Having latest posts rise to the top of subscribed posts; is that like a thing nobody wants or it's just too hard to make happen or what?
That is the URL I am referring to. Threads only move to the top when I respond to them. If others respond to a thread it becomes bold but stays in position; a position that becomes lower as I respond to different threads. The end result is a page's worth of bolded/unread threads spread across 3 pages of thread listings separated by a bunch of already read threads. I would rather that threads with new responses (regardless who made them) rise to the top of my subscriptions listing based on when they were last responded to (which is how pretty much every other forum I have ever used works).I'm not sure what exactly you mean.
The above URL shows all your subscribed threads, latest on top. Is that what you mean?
Mine are sorted by most recent reply by anyone. The bolding goes away if I click on them, which is independent of most recent reply.View attachment 45636
In my suggested way of working all the bolded threads would be grouped together at the top, including the ones that are now found on pages 2 and 3 (the actual problem).
