John Coltrane & Don Cherry - The Avant Garde
A fantastic jazz haul. Of course, I can't compete with @Selaws but I can do the next best thing and get a wonderful PIF from him (The Avant Garde). Also got another a Miles bootleg, and perhaps most excitingly of all the v pretty coloured version of Nubya Garcia's latest. I saw her in concert last year and she is so talented.

Following on from @Poly-Rythmo, my copy of Nubya's album 'Souce' arrived today as well. Crazy to consider just how influential she is in the UK jazz scene, yet this is her debut full-length album! The splatter is also really cool and pops when you hold it up to the light (balancing the record while taking a photo made my palms sweat 
). I also ordered a cheapo Milestone release from the Wynton Kelly Trio, which arrived as well.

I know, right - Discogs suggests I've got 21 releases with her playing on it but just three in her actual name. Bought them from Rollin Records in California. Cheaper than my local and anything on eBay. Listening to Fear Innoculum now and it sounds pretty good. No surface noise. Pressed flat and centered.

I'll just wait for the vinyl release that will be packaged with a television that only gets one channel that plays animals decomposing in reverse 22 hours a day followed by 2 hours straight of color bars with banshee wails and costs $2570.
