Nice! It was funny, since the reissue of Electr-O-Pura I have been listening to a a lot of YLT. And when I went to my LRS last week they only had I Am Not Afraid O You And I Will Beat Your Ass in stock but over the weekend I saw they got both of these so I made a special trip out over my lunch break to grab em.

How do they sound? Those are probably my two favorite albums they have.

Flipbins are great I have 2 and wanna grab a 7ā€ at some point. They supposedly work well for Comic books too.

Not sure yet. I am gonna have a YLT day either tomorrow or Friday and pop through em all. Iā€™ll @ ya once Iā€™ve given em a spin. The reviews on Discogs have been alright. A few complaint about the initial run of Painless but the reviews of the more recent repressings have indicated that they have had better luck so I am hopeful.

How are those Sad Penny EP's? The cover art makes me want to hear the music. (Is that 2 sides of a single jacket or are there two of them?)

FWIW, Matador is having a 25% off sale (VOTEMATADOR)...plenty of YLT (+ Pavement and others) available.

They are really good EPā€™s. The Hype label says itā€™s for the FFO Soccer Mommy, and Courtney Barnett and I think those are great comparisons. I personally like the Nightside EP better but The Sun Cured EP is really good too. They are on Spotify, you should check them out. I was familiar with them since I live around Nashville and they play them on the radio here. Itā€™s a single jacket with one EP artwork on each side.

I got my 10 jazz records from Zavvi too. Sorry for bad photo but it's from my Mum as they'll be stuck with her in the UK for some time. Only got a couple of duplicates so pretty happy with this all told. The albums are:
Ike Quebec - Blue and Sentimental, Mingus Ah Um, Dexter Gordon - Go, Charlie Haden - Liberation Music Orchestra, The Genius of Charlie Parker #3, Speak No Evil, Somethin Else, Getz/Gilberto, Money Jungle, Out To Lunch
