For the grizzled veterans of Daupe on this thread. You guys have any tips or tricks for actually landing one of their monthly white wales? I know this album is going to be one of their more sought after drops, so other than going for the release with the most actual copies is there anything other than just crossing one's fingers that can be done to be ready to add to cart and get checked out with the best chance of success?

use an application or have your device set up that when you're ordering something you don't have to enter all the payment details but have it auto-fill so you complete the purchase as fast as possible. don't order anything else. don't order multiples in the event they cancel orders with more than 1 copy. stop everything else you're doing a minute before the drop and refresh the Daupe! bandcamp over and over and over again until the drop is live.

I have my address and payment info preloaded into Bandcamp already, so hopefully that should set me up to be successful in streamlining that process and be able to snag a copy.

bycordae.com has changed to a 'coming soon' splash screen with an email notify field and an enter by password link in the upper right corner. Thinking it's going live a 2pm EST? Maybe? Haven't seen anything anywhere else so I don't think the password has leaked yet. I tried some obvious guesses and struck out.

Went up at 2:00 Central I think. $35 record + $13 shipping
 
Just grabbed a Cordae copy since I really like that album (though def not getting that signed copy since I was late by like 30 mins lol). Also is this limited at all besides those? Cuz that only $13 shipping was kind of weak. But nice that it seems to be in stock and shipping soon

I think it's limited to 1000 copies. I know there was an initial quick run on them. I got in 1 minute late, and going off of Reddit I missed the first 100. Looks like order numbers in the high 449X to high 45XX were the first 100 orders. Shipping is steep, but it being in stock and shipping in the next 5 days is nice.

Of course it dropped in the slot where I stopped refreshing to do some work that was time sensitive 😂 . Probably lose out on signed anyway but again just happy these have release even if it ended up being a $50 drop
 
Also, maybe I just slept but did anyone peep this release from last year. I came across it on Instagram and has some nice features (Conway, Murs, Talib) and overall seemed pretty solid. Saw the vinyl is only $15 shipped through the end of this month on the site so think I might snag a copy 🤷‍♂️ (a quick google search looks like this sale has happened before so not sure if it is just a rolling "sale"):

Ha that's great if it does!! I'm actually going to buy tomorrow when my cc rolls over. Damn Cordae had to swoop in and make me put even more on this one 😬

I grabbed one as well just in the event that this is the only run. He's not a massive artist so this might be the only drop for it. It sold out in like 3 hours though so who knows.
