Sadly this is not April 1st, and this is not a joke. The Banning CA facility housing Apollo/Transco lacquer manufacturing burned today and is apparently a total loss. I saw this posted on Reddit and there was some claim that only one other place in the world makes them and that place is in Japan.. but I am like 72% sure there's a place in Canada that does a bunch of them too?

Not sure. All of the other articles I’ve read claim the plant in Japan was the only other place making lacquers.
Without lacquers, all of our vinyl will be direct metal mastering. Not great

If I understand correctly, that place cuts the lacquers, but they probably bought the blanks from the place that burned down.Maybe I'm just mixing up the terminology but this is the place I was thinking of:

So Hus dropped a record on Thursday. It's $60 for 5 tracks(10 minutes), only 15 available and there is 1 left. I don't even know what to think about stuff like this anymore, the market is so messed up right now. But here it is in case someone wants it.

I think the offical 2pac shop will do a pic disc and possibly alternate version of this for the 20th Anniversary just like Thug Life, 2pacalypse Now (standard only I think) & Strictly (Red Variant) 20th anniversaries too
