Yeah no worries, this here is the original email (screenshot if thats ok as it has my details at the top) and it was from jcole@umgstores.comI never got anything. Would you be down to forward me that first email from them, or is it specifically tied to an order number? I definitely have all of the contacts about delays.
The interesting bit is the last sentence of the first paragraph, which states even if you cancelled you will be getting a record.
Edit: Also, I had moved during this period yet the initial shipping info I had stated my old address, I contacted them to say I had moved and that I stated my new address in the original reply to the first email and when it arrived they had pasted my new address over the old, so they were very flexible.
