Apparently, my friend is getting a few copies of the sold out red splatter of the Eazy E - It's On (Dr. Dre)187um Killa EP from Sic to distribute, as well. Let me know if you want me to let you know when they go up. He say's their gonna be $35, so... easily half of what they go for on the secondary market.

Damn, $65 for the colored version of Loaded 😬

Shame because I just listened to it again for the first time in awhileeeeee and forgot how good it was. Season Of Da Siccness is about to probably be just as much as well which is one of my white whales so i'll probably just go for that one.

Yeah. I bought the black, but double for the color wax is a little too crazy to me. Couldn't do it.

That Season isn't going to come out through Sic. You'll notice on the listing for Loaded and for Psycho Active that it mentions them being a collab with Black Market. I know that Lynch posted that he has the rights to at least Season earlier this year. De Rap Winkel is doing a Season of da Siccness reissue, but Lynch posted something about a reissue being released for $29.99 or something -- I think I posted it in here, earlier. I'm not sure if someone else is doing it stateside, but it's coming one way or another and it shouldn't be $65

That's good to hear, I had only heard about the De Rap Winkel version which is why I assumed it would be about that with shipping and everything to the states. I've been waiting on a reissue forever so im down with just about whatever for that one. I missed your post as I don't follow in this thread too closely. im not into a lot of whats posted in here honestly.

Just saw the video on his insta, i'll def. be watching that closer now.. appreciate the heads up, don't know how i missed that!
 
As a matter of interest did anyone here pick up the Preservation - Eastern Medicine, Western Illness ltd colour pressing with the extra 7"? I was half tempted but couldn't commit cause after shipping and everything it was coming to around 80 euro for me, I see since then it's sold out!

I like that it had the 7-inch, but the price was still just too steep for me on that one. Didn't grab it.

It still might only be De Rap Winkel. I can't get a straight answer on that one, yet. I posted on Lynch's account asking if De Rap Winkel was the only release for it and De Rap Winkel DM'd me instead. The guy told me there would be enough copies, it wouldn't sell out in 2 minutes, etc. But I never heard if there was a different stateside release. Then Lynch dropped that little video claiming it was coming and would be around $30. Still no real details of where, when, from who, etc. So... confusing. This doesn't seem like a typical release for them, seeing as they usually drop newer shit in limited runs and this is an album that a lot of people have been waiting on a reissue for. I guess we'll see.

I don't follow Rap De Winkel that closely but wouldn't $30 be about the cost for a single lp release from them normally? Hopefully he realizes the demand for it and gets some copies stateside to sale as well but like you said we'll just have to wait and see.

That's good to hear that they said it shouldn't sell out super quick tho. I could care less about any colored variants for this one as long as I can get a standard black copy secured i'll be happy.

I feel the same way, even though I always thought they should do a marbled steak variant. It wasn't so much the price point, but the way he did that little video for it that made it seem more like a standard US release than some limited edition drop from the Netherlands. But, yeah... I guess we'll see. Everything is obviously still super vague.

Damn, I looked at hhv and they wouldn't even ship it to the US.. I was hoping to try out there 20% off coupon. There and Vinyl-digital is more how the price structure should have been on bandcamp with the $5 increase for the variant. Oh well, i'll probably end up grabbing a black like you did as well.

haha marbled steak would be dope! So many creative variants they can do off that album depending on how daring they are feeling.

Strange music needs to hop on this reissue train now and do a nice little Coathanga Strangla box set. I still can't believe they never released no vinyl editions of any of those 3 albums.

Odd that hhv wouldn't ship to the US for you. They will for me, but the shipping is just too much, so I always check Vinyl Digital to see if they have the same thing. The interesting bit is that the black and the X Raided is more through Vinyl Digital than on the bandcamp, so it's only a deal for the splatter. The logic always seems random. I'm not even going to try and figure it out

Yeah, it's the first time i've seen that disclaimer on hhv for anything.. On the page for the splatter it says "This item can not be sold to country USA." No big deal anyways, ill save a few bucks and support sic a bit more through there bandcamp.

I'm about to crash out now though, appreciate the extra info tonight Dead C!
