What his the worst that can happen?: it doesn't get claimed and you take it to your local, which was your first thought anyway?
What does that failed attempt cost you?: 5 minutes of time posting it.

But if its claimed: its claim one/offer one.
So best case scenario is for five minutes of your time: i) you make some member happy to get a new record; and ii) you put yourself in the mix to claim (for free mind you) something you really want to listen to or for your collection.
All that without a trip to the local.

I don't really see the downside here - especially because NO ONE on the PIF thread is going to judge you/your offers. They will be happy to have another participant.
But you wont really understand all that till you make the offer. :cool:

Counter point: a trip to the local store may be much more pleasant than a trip to the post office, and would involve no packaging.

agreed. and, like I said, I don't mean to belittle Cocteau Twins at all, but based on Beach House's current body of work vs. Cocteau Twins they're the better dream pop band. Cocteau Twins walked so Beach House could run.
