Saw on reddit that someone contacted XL about issues with the Kid Amnesia vinyl and XL says they will be repressing it and sending out replacement copies. Might be worth reaching out to them about the issues if you ordered from XL or the band....
Please accept our apologies for the defective record. We have been in contact with the pressing plant, and they have agreed to press replacement discs for everyone who has a defective copy. At this time, we have not gotten a solid ETA for these replacements, but we are leaning on the pressing plant daily. We will be sending you a replacement disc immediately upon their arrival and will send a shipping confirmation email at that time. We are aware that this is not an ideal situation and are trying our best to rectify it as soon as possible.

Got my Scary Book and art book in just now but need to head out shortly. Will lovingly give the records a warm bath in the guru when I get home and report back later. I got a decent UK copy to begin with so not expect major improvements.
First impressions though it looks great and those pages are fine in my copy. They should have put some crepe paper between the pages though as they do stick together, thanks to the laminate like a porno mag found by a railway siding.
