My situation was a little bit different in that I asked for replacements of disc 2 and 3, and they offered to ship them as soon as possible. Then after seeing you guys get your replacement disc offers reneged upon I reached out to get a status update on my replacements and I have heard nothing back. It’s been at least a month of no reply whatsoever. I also forwarded the email thread to
helpdesk@sandbaguk.com to open a new ticket just in case my replies were going to an agent that doesn’t work there anymore or something but I haven’t received a response from that address either.
Not pleased with the customer service one bit. I guess I have to try to get a refund through my CC or something. How can they just not reply at all?
