Immerse Your Soul In Love - The Radiohead Thread

The 1997 is a whale so is avoid that unless you want pay big. I had the 2013, regret PIFing it and can attest it’s good. Don’t know about the 2015 but the reviews look promising.

Only issue getting a good price is they are all in Europe and the shipping is 25$+. Ill keep plugging away at it, thanks for the direction.

Sweet! I’m not sure how you tell with it in your hand, I think the difference is probably in the dead wax but if they’re saying it’s that one and it’s a fair price I’d jump!

Edit: you can. It says Made In The USA on the back and like with cars that means AVOID!

Well they are saying its the 2lp, Black XL recording version from 2017... Thats the only one that checks those boxes. We will see.

So this blue OKNOTOK version (US, XL) is pressed where? Cogs not forthcoming...

That's the one I got, I think from Reddit, and it was pretty cheap over 3 years ago.

They don’t advertise it but the suspicion was always that XL used Rainbo for their US pressings, it would explain an awful lot!

You posted the U.K. & Europe pressing, NOT the the US pressing. That’s why the European pressing has a better reputation lol!

Probably just the standard XL 2LP press of the album from before they remastered it for OKNOTOK. Hope you got a European press though because the same rumoured Rainbo v Optimal exists for all XL Radiohead pressings.

I dont know what the hell im getting but ill let you know.

Also, you know there are some good pressing plants in the US! Dont hold rainbo against us forever, they are out of business. ;)
