It Could Get A Bit Messi In Here - The Football Thread.

What's the deal with Jamie Carragher? Is acting pissy whenever Liverpool aren't dominating his schtick? He was downright insufferable last week when they lost and not much better today.

In the end it wasn’t that easy becuase Neuer was so quickly out on top of him. The finish he went for was really all that was open to him because of the keeper.
seemed like he took one too many steps when he could've lifted it on the 2nd touch but i dunno! Fook em! Down with Barca!!!

I find myself endlessly conflicted by Barca.

They were always, and this is going back way before Pep, the sorta super club you could like. Always attacking, always trusted their own youth and had a sort of gloriously fragile brilliance. Plus they were always a stark contrast to the entitlement from Madrid.

But then they’re just not that anymore.

i am not. I haven't liked them since......i don't wanna reflect on it

side note: speaking of easy chances Daley Blind was so ready for that GW header he over thought it lol oh well

Yeah I bought into all the history and genuinely loved most of their 90s teams. Romario then Ronaldo then Rivaldo, so good to watch, Rivaldo is genuinely one of my all time favourite footballers.
