Im sticking with Spain. Those two midfielders are just so good. If they fulfil their talent they will be really special footballers. Japan have been pressing like mad but they still haven’t put a foot wrong.

So apparently all of the ball over all of the line means that it’s not only that it’s not touching but that’s it’s not overhanging. A bit like when you take a corner and the ball looks out to the quadrant but so long as part of it is hovering over it, it’s in.

So apparently all of the ball over all of the line means that it’s not only that it’s not touching but that’s it’s not overhanging. A bit like when you take a corner and the ball looks out to the quadrant but so long as part of it is hovering over it, it’s in.

It kind of makes sense though if you think about it. It’s like an invisible sheet hanging from the sky along the line. If the shot was in the air the entire ball has to pass through it so it can’t be different just because it’s on the floor and so “looks out”.
