In seriousness I think it will end up City, Arsenal and then us and Liverpool, couldn’t call who’d finish fourth between the two. I have a feeling that Liverpool will come good and go on a big run like last season. Spurs and Chelsea have too many issues and Newcastle will fight valiantly but ultimately be a little short. Newcastle will absolutely be a force next season after adding a few more in the summer.

Idk I think Newcastle stay top 4. You maybe get 3rd and they get 4th. Unless Spurs, Chelsea, or Liverpool get their shit together I think they stay there. They’ve only conceded 11 goals all season so far and have been very consistent.

Shallow squad and probably lacking the outright quality to regularly win tight games. They’ve drawn a lot so far. Liverpool have the capability to go on a long run, I don’t think they could keep pace with that. Definitely well organised and coached and on an upward trajectory. Also have done the right thing by building from the back forward.
 
Predicted top 4 after the last week: Arsenal, City, Newcastle, Brentford/Spurs/United for 4th lol Brentford get Toney back next week and go on a run of 5 out of 7 favorable matches. 😁

How will Brentford do if Toney is found guilty of the breaches of the betting protocols? Looking at past cases that’s a minimum of 6 months suspended. Could be a year plus given the sheer number of charges. Also a very small squad as the year wears on.

I don’t think Newcastle will be third come the end of tomorrows matches…

I guess we will see how that plays out. They looked stellar without him and given their run of play this year I wouldn't be surprised if they reach for a big name attacker this month to fill the gap in the event he goes down

While I think we will win tomorrow I also think Newcastle have a good run still in them. Until they prove otherwise I can't count them out of top 4. Ronaldoless United look dangerous. Rashford is Ballin. That will be the other thing to watch for me. Spurs are a wildcard at this point

Dunno. Spurs seem in a downward spiral. That front 3 is the only hope I have for them. I feel vindicated for not wanting to touch Conte with a barge pole a year ago. I took a lot of stick for that! I can see Newcastle having an unbeaten run, but with too many draws mixed in.

Yeah we’re back to having a fluid front three which suits the players we have much better. Still need a killer, but preferably one with pace and off the ball work. I think we’re 18 months away from a title challenge, if we do everything right, that second bit definitely a big IF given the Glaziers are in charge.
