he played left back against Arsenal and played very well! it's not outside of the realm of possibility when he's got John Stones in midfield.

I seem to remember him being run absolutely ragged at left back in the first half of that game and the entire balance of it switching when they swapped Mahrez for akanji at half time and he reverted to the right wing and then changed the game from there…

Yea it was all sunshine and daisies until they moved Silva back to his normal spot then they kicked our nads

I kind of neither like or dislike him. He is a bit of a nothing player. He’s not a striker but he’s nowhere near good enough on the ball to be a midfielder and lacks the guile of someone who plays off the front. One of those Jack of all trades but master of none. He doesn’t improve the squad, was just a body while we had injuries.
