Just home and watching it the end of it now. Spurs are playing way too narrow. Trying to thread it through the middle where Liverpool are strong with 3 big centre halves. Against 10, and even more so against 9, you make the pitch wide. Wingers get chalk on their boots and quick switches of play. Pull those lads in the middle out wide where they don’t want to be and create spaces.

That’s so so harsh on that lot. Especially as the two spurs wingers have been dogshit. Porro does what they should have done the whole time, get to the byline and fizz it in rather than repeatedly cut in and run into bodies.

Spurs absolutely do not deserve that.

That’s what I was getting at. Spurs only had 3 players at the top of the box trying to get through that wall. Have to spread those players out.
