It really is strange, Onana was excellent at Inter, but you can’t really blame anyone but himself for some of these goals. It’s not the defense’s fault even though it’s worse than Inter. It’s fully Onana just being bad.

I saw bits of him at Ajax, and saw him live in that europa league final we won and I was never convinced. He’s always struck me as someone capable of brain farts on the ball, which is is strength, who isn’t a particularly strong shot stopper, and who is a bit rash sometimes coming for crosses. It might just be that age old thing of an average player having that one great season above their level or even us all allowing that one final to cloud the fact that serie a isn’t the most visible league in Europe.

A weird question that's been on my mind for a bit - do you have the same no 3pm games on TV thing in Ireland, or can you watch any game on a Saturday afternoon? I'm only limited by time - I can watch any game I want live.
