Havertz was reckless rather than dangerous so it was a yellow. Had he made contact using studs instead it’s a straight red so he’s a lucky boy in some ways.

Yeah it was dumb, ref missed it and probably not enough force for VAR to say definite red and they can’t intervene for a yellow. Should have been booked for blasting the ball away right in front of him.

Yes but Arsenal appear mentally in control. It’d take a challenge. A Newcastle player could do something really daft or talk their way into it if they don’t regain their heads at the break.
