Someone is getting sacked tomorrow
Yes but the team is good enough to beat both Everton and Leicester who were both in terrible form coming into both matches. It’s really not good enough from Ange to not see out results in both those matches. We’ll get pummeled by Liverpool in the EFL Cup and then season will be over. Relegation is very real possibility.Spurs are so shit right now but I can't see how sacking Ange will help anything - he's been let down by ownership doing jack shit during this transfer window while the team has so many injuries.
I don't know, I'm a big Niners fan and they were also hit so hard with injuries this year and fans are screaming for Shanahan's head. I think sometimes you just have a year from hell, unfortunately both my football and soccer clubs are having it in the same year!Yes but the team is good enough to beat both Everton and Leicester who were both in terrible form coming into both matches. Getting relegated in the NFL is not a possibility, you can go 0-16 for years and nothing happens. In the Premier League however….I don't know, I'm a big Niners fan and they were also hit so hard with injuries this year and fans are screaming for Shanahan's head. Until the club is safe from relegation there will always be a concern there. He has to go. Whether it’s entirely his fault or not, he’s not getting results from the way the team plays right now. Spurs have been shit for far, far, far too long and the injuries have only compounded that poor form.
Yup and now I think he’s trying to be more pragmatic because he literally has to save the fitness of the players but it’s stifled the attack. Plus players look like they can’t handle sitting deep and/or compact defending. Look at Davies and Dragusin failing to close down for Leicester’s second goal today. The maddening thing I imagine for a spurs fan is that he’s so close with a full squad but has a stubborn streak that’s killing him.
Like you’ll be 3-0 and have the game won and just keep going and let the other team back in. It’s almost just a tiny bit of game intelligence away from being great, but he just seems incapable of realising that.
